Hello all, I'll be coming to Cedar Keys in early october and was looking for some friendly advice about where to fish, who to fish with, and any other info on lodging or local lifestyle i can get. I'm from Texas and have done a decent amount of fishing on our coast, but have never fished FLA. We usaully fish flats and structure in the bay around Port O'Connor, using live shrimp, Gulp shrimp or some topwater stuff. Looking for a guide for a day and I'd like to try it on my own another day with shallow water being the target areas, wading or kyaking with a fly rod, but not opposed to offshore if its cost/time effective. Looks like the tide moves pretty good around there as I've seen several satellite images with quite a varying amount of water/mud. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
