    Hello from texas,

I have a boat question for florida.... My boss has a boat in wellington and has let the tag expire how do I go about getting a new one... can it be done online or will he have to go into the county clerk office? also does the DMV handle it or fish and wildlife?

    Thanks for any help

Boat registration is handled through the DMV here in Florida. It's much easier to register a boat and trailer than it is a car. If you've got the paperwork, you'll have no problem getting it done.
I don't think you can do it online the first time. But to keep it up to date after that, online works great.
