There might be a few cinnamon rolls or blueberry muffins too!

No cream or sugar for me, I like my coffee black and strong.

I’ll take the sugar from a cinnamon roll or glazed honey bun

If you don’t mind, I’m gonna have another cup of coffee.

I’m enjoying an afternoon cup of Starbucks Sumatra…good stuff.

Hope it doesn’t keep me awake tonight

So, I’ll need a good run this afternoon to burn through the caffeine and fatigue my body.

A good run also helps with my BP, which needs to go down a little.

My preference is Starbucks coffee, a dark roast like Sumatra works great.

No breakfast for me today, fasting until noon.
