Here is a 1963 Super Skeeter that we restored a year ago.

It had a 33 HP Evinrude from the factory, and I found it for $300.00.

We started this project after we partially restored one for a customer. We now feature this boat in all the boat shows we go to since I can get it in a double booth.

As you can see, we completely changed the engine in it and it is now a 90 HP Mercury SportJet!

As a matter of fact, this has become my favorite fishing boat. Especially in the spring when the crappie and sandbass are back in the creeks. And the looks that this boat gets from people made all the hard work compeletely worth it!

Michael,my first Skeeter was a 63... man that thing would turn on a dime, and would float on wet ground... lol

That would make one sweet duck boat.
