Got an old daiwa baitcast reel(15)yrs old, been a great reel.recently, when i get a fish on,the handle turns but not the spool, caused me to loose several fish.does this mean the drag washers are worn out.

Ive recently had a few of my reels worked on. I was told to always loosen my drag after each use. This may help you some ,but 15yr old reel still working is pretty darn good.
