Whatz the normal thought process when considering the use of a topwater.. I know water temp plays a large part.
What I want to know is, what makes you first decide to use one.

Cloud cover, Sunny, available cover, pre/post spawn, summer, patterns the fish are in related to the time of year ??

Billy I start every trip and end every trip with a topwater just to see if it works, you would be shocked to learn when you can catch bass on a topwater, even when the "Book" says don't use it. Give it a try for a year
