My first post and I would like to know how these businesses, put no trepassing and no fishing signs around the lakes.these lakes hold some big bass, and peacocks in miami dade and broward county which have access of public roads even these gated communitees to.I dont own a boat so my only option is to bankfish,Ihave fishing license and pay taxes and catch and release so give me a break let people fish.Is this legal or do they just buy signs and put them anywhere they please, all comments and replies welcome .THANK YOU.

    Hey compcast,

I do most of my fishing in Broward county, and have found that most businesses are doing this. I only inquired at one location and they told me if I have questions to talk with the property management company. I figured all the extra work to do this would cut into my limited fishing time so I just started looking for more fishing spots.

Luckily in Broward there is no limit to the amount of fresh water ponds and canals to fish. I to do not have a boat so all my spots are bank fishing.

If you would like I can suggest a few of my favorite places?
