For some reason the full moon is about the least productive moon phase of the month for me. I was out early this morning and there was bait everywhere but try as I might I only landed two trout. They were hitting short also and I had a few come off. The two I landed were barely hooked. I was into reds the final two hours of the day but I could not get them to eat at all. Do they eat all night and just aren't hungry? The pelicans were so full they had to use the long runway to take off!

Fish tend to feed all night on a full moon.
