soak tenderized round steak (I cut mine into strips) in a buttermilk egg mixture for about 30 minutes or so.
While your meat is soaking, season your breading by adding a bunch of freshly cracked black pepper, a little salt, cayanne pepper, a bunch of Cavenders brand seasoning to your all pourpose flour.
One at a time, remove your meat and coat it in the breading and fry in 350 degree oil untill brown on both sides and enjoy....
Sorry for not having any measurments, I just add untill it "looks good"....
