A new fish has arrived on our reefs and is an easy target for spearfishing. Before you harvest one it's time that you were educated on how to fillet these tasty new invaders. I have tasted them first hand and can confirm that they taste very similar to my favorite food hogfish!!!

Anyone caught any worth filleting yet, and if so where? Most the ones I have seen are small, but they make great ceviche!
