    I will be in florida nov 23 to 30. Any info on what bass is like in the orlando area would be greatly appreciated. I haven't been 15 yrs and never this time of year so I have no idea what to expect if I can get a day out.
    Any cool, local tackle shops would be appreciated as well.Not to intrested in a bass pro as we finally got one in canada

    Well... Their is usually some nice Bass fishin' in the Orlando area especially in lake Alfred but the fish are pretty finicky right now due to the temp changes and the cold fronts that have came through. I've had a hard time catching anything lately.

    Honestly my Aunt lives off of Dr. Phillips in Orlando and the best spots to consistently catch 4 and 5 pound bass there are in old water retention basins. Old neighborhood ponds fish well also.
