I'm new to beach fishing while patrolling the shore on foot here in Miami. One thing I learned the hard way:beach fishing isn't allowed,AFAIK.Anyone knows of a good beach for fishing where is allowed to fish or at least not enforced the "no fishing" in the Miami or close area?
    Thanks in advance,

    Bob

Try the causeways across Biscayne Bay. North Biscayne Bay offers lots of fishing under the bridges and around jetties.

You can fish right off the beach or the pier at Oleta River State Park in North Miami. Newport Pier is another decent shore fishing area ... also the pier and jetties at Government Cut in South Beach.

I do fish in freshwater, but isn't the same as saltwater. The sea has an allure to me.I can't resist its attraction.
