    Catching fish can be a major challenge. Some people swear by the two net method, while others steadfastly only use one.
    What do you do and why?

    For off-shore saltwater... one net and one gaff. The net can handle fish up to 10 to 15#s, depending on the shape of the fish. Bigger than that, they are very easy to gaff. Two nets just take up too much room in the boat and can get tangled in hooks etc.
