I am from Texas and am moving to Florida this month. I am on the TFF all the time and it helps me learn and find info on lakes. I decided to look at this and I am disappointed to see there isnt many people on here. So if you have friends that fish tell them to get on here, and tell them to tell their friends about it.

Hey welcome to Florida, I just moved back from Texas a couple of years ago, fished Fork, Athens, Ray Roberts , Richland Chamber, etc etc. I still use the Texas forum, I don't know why more people don't use this forum but I will from now on.

I live in Tampa and am also disappointed there is not many BASS anglers using this. I fish in a club locally and use this to gain knowledge about lakes and techniques...if u can find them. I have also tried to use this as a means to find someone to fish with. That being said welcome and I'm spreading the word.

I live in Texas and like said above, the forum there is used a lot!

I am possibly relocating to Florida this summer in the West Palm Beach
    area.

Anyone know much about all the little lakes in the different neighborhoods
and if they are good for fishing?

Are there some that are great and some that aren't?

Anyone with knowledge would help me out as we figure out if we are coming and
where we are going to live.

    Thanks

    Bassbuster

Will be moving back to Brandon, Fl soon from Sanford, NC. Found TFF about 8 years ago when I moved back to Tx for 3 yrs after 20+ years living in Valrico where I moved from Tx. Spent the last 5 yrs in NC but heading back to Brandon by the end of June. Still use and find TFF one of the best forums around. Very informative esp. about Tx fishing but lots that applies to all states. Lets all FFF members get active on here and see if we can't make this just as active and informative as any other forums.

This forum needs more traction. Florida is the fishing capitol of the world.

Out of the many posts I happen the see and come across I couldn't help to agree with big baseman. Being from Texas I would utility the TFF often to check on lake conditions, who might be catching bass in the area etc it was a super way of visting with others of like kind who enjoyed what enjoyed. So I joined FFF and was surprised to see little attention. My thought is maybe there was another forum that bass angler prefer but anyways just my thought on this. I'll be around look forward to checking things out and being a part of the Southern Bass Battle in 2015 as a vendor.
