I'm going to the state park for spring break and im gonna fish off of the jetties. They say that the sheepheads will be running then. What lb line should i get? I will be going Mar. 15-25 do yall think that anything else will be running?(I know its really early to tell) If they are what baits should i use? And one last question, what type of soft plastics will work on reds off of the jetties? I have a whole bunch for bass fishing but i don't know if they will work.

    Thanks

I used to fish the whole area when I lived there, sheephead, reds, flounder, small grouper, spanish macks all do pretty well in the spring.Any soft grubs and jigheads 1/4 oz to 3/8 oz (pretty much any color combo)or jighead and live shrimp combo.Live shrimp will always produce.
