What are the Non-resident regulations for catching Blue Crab at bridges along the ICW near Fort Pierce?
    Any tips for catching them?

We always used chicken necks on a string, weighted with a large nut or bolt. Pulled the string in slowly until we could see the crab and netted it. That simple.
